Marketing Manager Position

Responsibilities

Midwest Asset is a small quantitative RIA focusing on the growing Impact Investing segment.
We seek a seasoned professional to build and implement our comprehensive domestic marketing process to close institutional and high net worth (including trusts and estates) prospects.  The firms’ distinct active and passive products have outstanding, independently verified results which should continue, and there has never been a regulatory action or complaint.  The candidate will be competent, hard-working, and always place the interest of clients first.

The second responsibility will be to hire and develop a sales staff.

Position may depend on the firm closing one or more large mandates and/or securing additional funding over the next three to six months.

Qualifications

MBA required, ten years digital and traditional marketing experience preferred, and international exposure helpful.

Compensation

A base salary, healthcare insurance, and a solid understanding of entrepreneurship is needed as stock will be offered as the firm grows.
