In 2020, Midwest will hire several ethical, competent, and hard-working people with at least five years of sales experience.  Additionally, an MBA, CFA, and/or CPA is preferred.

As fiduciaries, advisor representatives will have the opportunity to sell a broad array of successful High Net Worth / Trusts-Estates, Charitable, and Institutional products designed solely for the benefit of clients.  Initial compensation will be based mostly on a high commission payout.  An attractive base and meaningful benefits will commence as the company grows, along with stock ownership potential.

RIA Marketing Manager Position

Responsibilities

Initial – Oversee traditional and digital advertising, and distribution.  Additional efforts will include managing a sales team with a broad array of successful High Net Worth / Trusts-Estates, Charitable, and Institutional products designed solely for the benefit of clients.

Long-Term – Build a systematic marketing plan to capitalize on the $100 trillion in the worldwide public securities market being inefficiently managed.

Qualifications

Required – Minimum ten-years investment experience, with some direct marketing responsibilities, and BA or BS degree in related field.

Preferred – MBA, CFA, or CPA.

Compensation

Initial – Based mostly on increasing company revenue.

Long-Term – Attractive base and meaningful benefits will commence as the company grows and/or secures additional financing, along with non-dilutive stock ownership potential.
